New Years Eve

I love Christmas and the holidays. So this movie really got me excited for the December month. This is a story of 11 different people and how their lives intertwine on New Years Eve in New York city. It is truly magical. Each individual has their own struggles but somehow the magic of the holiday season shifts the mood and everyone's night works out in their favor. I my favorite character is Brad Pitt who plays someone that is not fond of the holidays, but meets a girl while both of them are trapped in an elevator who changes his mind.

I'm Forrest, Forrest Gump.

"Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get."
This movie, is so classic. It's amazing and I think there are so many life lessons within this movie. It's about a boy named Forrest, who is a little slow. He falls in love with Jenny in 3rd or 4th grade. They grow up together through high school and even past that. Forrest is played by Tom Hanks and he does an amazing job of portraying what friendship really is. He makes many accomplishments throughout the movie, and has many losses. I would have to say this movie makes me laugh and cry at the same time. You will defiantly have a bigger heart after seeing the troubles the characters go through.

The Perfect Pitch

Pitch Perfect is such a great movie if you're into music. I myself am, so I can't get enough of Barden Bella's! "Fat Amy" is one of the funniest girls in this group. This movie is about a group of acapella singers who are new in the gig. However they all have great voices! Their main goal is to destroy their enemy, "The Treble Makers". The thing I love the most about this movie is how silly it is. You could literally sit there and laugh with the movie over and over, it never gets old.

My Sisters Keeper

My Sister Keeper (book by Nicholas Sparks) is one of the saddest movies ever. Its depressing yet exciting because you want to keep track of Kate's life and how things play out with her little sister and her decisions. She makes some though choices for a girl her age. I can relate to this story because my family is in and out of the court room so I really feel for Kate, her brother, and her sister.

White Chicks

Wow I have never laughed this hard. Such a funny movie! Two African American cops go undercover to protect the identity of two "White Chicks". These two girls are being followed by men to kidnap them. You will find yourself singing the song "A Thousand Miles" more than you would like, and that is the only downfall to this movie. I would defiantly give this movie a 3 out of 5 stars. Not my favorite, but defiantly funny.
